Women's Basketball receiving votes in fourth weekly D3Hoops.com poll
ADA — The Ohio Northern women's basketball team continues to receive votes in the fourth D3Hoops.com weekly poll.
Through this weekend's games, the Polar Bears are received 25 votes, placing them 29th overall in the country.
Northern is currently riding a seven-game winning streak, following an 80-36 rout of Marietta last Saturday.
The team is 8-1 overall and currently sits alone in first place in the OAC with its 3-0 conference record.
The top 10 spots have remained the same from last week's poll to this week's.
Amherst (Mass.) holds the top spot, followed by Chicago and George Fox (Ore.) in second and third, respectively. Calvin (Mich.) and Rochester (N.Y.) round out the top five, sitting fourth and fifth.
Northern is on the road Wednesday for an OAC battle at Capital. Tip-off is slated for 7:30 p.m.
