Men's Outdoor Track and Field finishes second of 5 teams at Polar Bear Spring Invitational

ADA —The Ohio Northern outdoor track and field team won five events and finished second out of five teams at the Polar Bear Spring Invitational on a Sunny and breezy Saturday afternoon at Kerscher Stadium.
The Polar Bears (13-4 overall) finished with 153 points.
Junior Nate Dean (Euclid/Villa Angela-Saint Joseph) won the 200 and 400-meter dashes, winning in :21.63 and :49.47, respectively.
His :21.63 clocking in the 200 is currently the fourth-fastest time in the country in the event.
Senior Colin McCullough (Galion) won the 400 hurdles in :55.75 and senior Sam Krabacher (Hamilton/Badin) won the 800 in 1:55.15.
Junior Patrick Baker (Massillon/Jackson) won the 500 in 15:24.81 and freshman Keegan Digby (Bowling Green/Otsego) won the shut put with a heave of 14.89 meters.
Mount Union won the meet with 247 points, Wilmington was third with 97, Heidelberg was fourth with 47 and Muskingum as fifth with 25.
The Polar Bears will return home next Saturday at the Heidelberg Invitational.
