Friday's Meet: The Ohio Northern men's indoor track and field team is back in action after more than a month away from competition … The Polar Bears will play host to the Larry Cole Friday Night Invite, beginning at 5 p.m. inside the ONU Sports Center … Northern most recently competed, and began the indoor season, at the Findlay Invitational Dec. 7, 2019 … In that meet, the Polar Bears were led by a pair of junior distance runners … Travis Sutter won the 3,000-meter run, while Alessandro Tramontano took the crown in the 1,600-meter run … Senior Kyle Neff, junior Dylan McKean, sophomore Andrew Buderer and freshman Brooks Blakeley all recorded top-three finishes in Findlay … The Larry Cole Friday Night Invite is dedicated to former ONU track and field head coach Larry Cole … He coached the Polar Bears from 1991-97 and now coaches at Rose-Hulman, which will be one of the teams competing in this year's meet.
Head Coach Jason Maus: Maus is in his 11th season as the head man at ONU … He has led the Polar Bears to three OAC Championships.
