Men's Tennis falls at Otterbein 7-2 in battle of league unbeatens

ADA — The Ohio Northern men's tennis team fell at Otterbein 7-2 on Wednesday afternoon in a battle of Ohio Athletic Conference unbeatens at the Otterbein Tennis Courts.
The Polar Bears drop to 8-7 overall and are 2-1 in the OAC, while the Cardinals improve to 11-4, 3-0.
Otterbein won all three doubles courts and took four of the six singles courts to register the win.
Junior Kavya Desai (Bloomfield Hills, Mich.) won 6-2, 2-6, 10-7 at No. 4 singles and freshman Nico Rogel (Alicante, Spain/Hoosac) won 6-3, 6-3 at No. 6 singles for Ohio Northern.
Sophomore Drew Swisher (Findlay) also had a tight match, falling 4-6, 6-2, 10-7 at No. 5 singles.
The Polar Bears will return to action on Saturday with a 1 pm match at Capital.
