Hayman wins sixth consecutive singles match to lead Men's Tennis at Baldwin Wallace

BEREA — Sophomore David Hayman (Westerville/South) won at No. 2 singles to lead the Ohio Northern men's tennis team in an 8-1 loss at Baldwin Wallace on Tuesday at the Pop Collins Tennis Courts.
The Polar Bears fall to 10-8 overall and are 2-4 in the Ohio Athletic Conference and the Yellow Jackets improve to 15-2, 5-1.
Hayman posted his sixth consecutive singles victory with a 6-1, 6-4 win at No. 2 singles. He is now a team-best 14-6 on the season in singles action.
Baldwin Wallace swept the doubles matches to take a 3-0 lead, then won five of the six singles matches to put it away.
The Polar Bears will return to action Saturday with an OAC match at Heidelberg.
