Men's Swimming and Diving celebrates Senior Day with 143-84 victory over OAC foe Baldwin Wallace

ADA — The Ohio Northern men's swimming and diving team celebrated Senior Day with a 143-84 victory over Baldwin Wallace on Saturday afternoon.

Meet Highlights
- Sophomore Nathan Herbert (Medina/Highland) won two events to lead the Polar Bears, claiming the 1000 free in 10:36.28 and the 500 free in 5:04.83.
- Senior Brady Horgan (New Richmond/McNicholas) won the 100 free in :48.54.
- Senior Selby Wilt (Findlay) won the 50 free in :21.81.
- Freshman Chase McCluskey (Pickerington/North) won the 200 free in 1:48.09.
- Sophomore Grayson Morgan (Clyde) won the 200 breast in 2:18.22.
- The 200 medley relay team of Wilt, junior Nathan Clark (Cleves/Elder), McCluskey and junior Tyler Edmonds (Youngsville, La./Southside) won in 1:38.21.
- Wilt, junior Isaac Reddy (Maryland Heights, Mo./Pattonville), senior Brandon Parkins (DuPont, Wash./Steilacoom) and and Clark won the 200 free relay in 1:28.67.
Notables
- The meet consisted of 16 events, including 12 individual races, two diving events and two relays.
- ONU won 8 of the 16 events on the afternoon and swept the five freestyle events.
- Austin Veltman is 36-19 in his seventh season as head coach of the Polar Bears.
