Nathan Clark wins three events to lead Men's Swimming and Diving in OAC meet at Mount Union

ALLIANCE — Junior Nathan Clark (Cleves/Elder) won three events to lead the Ohio Northern men's swimming and diving team in a 151-111 Ohio Athletic Conference loss at Mount Union on Saturday.

- Records: Ohio Northern (2-2 Overall, 2-2 OAC), Mount Union (3-1 Overall, 2-1 OAC).
- Venue: Hammond Natatorium - Alliance, Ohio.
Meet Highlights
- Clark swept the breast events, winning the 100 breast in 1:00.54 and the 200 breast in 2:18.08.
- He also joined junior Selby Wilt (Findlay), senior Brady Horgan (New Richmond/McNicholas) and freshman Chase McCluskey (Pickerington/North) to win the 400 free relay in 3:15.18.
- Wilt also won the 100 back in :55.14.
- Junior Aiden Magoolaghan (Hinckley/Highland), sophomore Josh Ray (Howell, Mich./Hartland), McCluskey and Horgan won the 200 medley relay in 1:39.30.
- Northern finished 1-2-3 in the 100 breast, as freshman Austin Peace (Eaton) was second behind Clark in 1:02.92 and sophomore Grayson Morgan (Clyde) was third in 1:02.96.
Notables
- The meet consisted of 16 events, including 12 individual races, two diving events and two relays.
- Austin Veltman is 33-19 in his seventh season as head coach of the Polar Bears.
