Clark, McCluskey win events to lead Men's Swimming and Diving to second place finish at Wabash (Ind.) Invitational

CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. — Junior Nathan Clark (Cleves/Elder) and freshman Chase McCluskey (Pickerington/North) each won events to lead the Ohio Northern men's swimming and diving team to a second place finish at the Wabash (Ind.) Invitational Friday-Sunday.

Meet Highlights
- Clark won the 100 breast in :56.17, was second in the 100 I.M. in :56.17, was third in the 200 breast in 2:22 and was fifth in the 50 free in :21.25.
- McCluskey won the 200 fly in 1:53.37, was second in the 200 free in 1:42.19 and was fifth in the 500 free in 4:45.11.
- The Polar Bears also won the 200 free relay and the 200 medley relay events.
- Junior Selby Wilt (Findlay), Clark, junior Isaac Reddy (Maryland Heights, Mo./Pattonville) and senior Brady Horgan (New Richmond/McNicholas) won the 200 free relay in 1:24.12.
- Wilt, Clark, McCluskey and Horgan won the 200 medley relay in 1:32.80.
- Sophomore Nathan Herbert (Medina/Highland) was third in the 1650 free in 16:44.09.
- Junior Tyler Edmonds (Youngsville, La./Southside) was third in the 100 I.M. in :52.96 and was fourth in the 200 I.M. in 1:57.81.
- Wilt was fourth in the 50 free in :21.11.
- Junior Simon Bopple (Cleveland/Shaker Heights) was fourth in the 100 back in :52.52.
