Five individuals win two events each as Men's Swimming and Diving finishes undefeated in OAC action with 154-80 win at Baldwin Wallace

ADA — Five different individuals won two events each to lead the Ohio Northern men's swimming and diving team to a 154-80 victory at Baldwin Wallace on Friday night at the Lou Higgins Center.
The Polar Bears end their regular season with a 5-3 overall record and finish 4-0 in Ohio Athletic Conference action. The Yellow Jackets fall to 7-4, 1-3.
Junior Calob Cope (Fort Wayne, Ind./Homestead) won the 500-yard free in 4:56.66 and the 1000 free in 10:21.12.
Senior Jeremy Adams (Ypsilanti, Mich./Ann Arbor Pioneer) won the 200 I.M. in 2:02.01 and the 200 breast in 2:13.96.
Freshman Brady Horgan (New Richmond/McNicholas) won the 200 free in 1:47.80 and the 100 free in :48.52.
Sophomore Ben Lacey (Lebanon) won the 50 free in :22.14 and the 200 fly in 2:01.47.
Freshman Holden Cubberley (Celina) won both 1-meter diving competitions, scoring with 197.95 and 269.80 points for six dives.
The 200 medley relay team of sophomore Charlie Spyker (Harrod/Shawnee), Adams, Lacey and senior Mike Lewandowski (Shelby Township, Mich/Eisenhower) opened the meet by winning the 200 medley relay in a Higgins Center Natatorium record 1:38.82.
In the final event, freshman Brandon Parkins (DuPont, Wash./Steilscoom), senior Jackson Stanley (Beavercreek), Horgan and Lewandowski won the 200 free relay in 1:29.19.
Ohio Northern won 12 of the 13 events on the evening.
The Polar Bears will return to action Feb. 16-19 with the OAC Championships meet at the University of Akron's Ocasek Natatorium.
