No. 30 Men's Swimming & Diving split tri-meet at Colorado College

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The No. 30-ranked Ohio Northern men's swimming and diving team split a tri-meet at Colorado College with Wayland Baptist (Tex.) Saturday night at the Schlessman Natatorium.
The Polar Bears (4-2) defeated host Colorado College 146-102 and fell to No. 5 (NAIA) Wayland Baptist 145-103 as part of ONU's winter training trip.
Senior Eric Chen (Mason) won twice to lead Ohio Northern.
He won the 100 free in :48.65 and the 200 free in 1:49.33.
Sophomore Anthony Ferrell (Canton/Glen Oak) won the 100 breast in 1:01.47 and freshman Nolan Huey (Fort Collins, Colo./Fossil Ridge) won the 1000 free in 10:34.22.
The Polar Bears will return to action on Saturday, Dec. 14, at Mount Union.
