Sophomore Trevor Keriazes finishes 9th in the 100 Breaststroke, advances to the finals at the 2016 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Sophomore Trevor Keriazes finished 9th in the 100 breaststroke Friday afternoon to advance to the finals at the 2016 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships hosted at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
Keriazes finished ninth with a time of 55.57 and will compete in the finals to be held Friday evening at 6 pm.
The top eight finishers in the prelims of each event earn All-America honors and advance to the Final in the evening session each day, while finishers 9-16 advance to the Consolation Final and earn Honorable Mention All-America honors.
The sophomore entered the meet ranked ninth overall in the event with a time of 55.44.
