CLEVELAND — Sophomores Drew Keriazes and Marc Anderson lead the Ohio Northern men's swimming and diving team in a 190-108 loss at Case Western Reserve at Veale Natatorium Saturday afternoon.
The Polar Bears finish the regular season with a 9-3 overall record, while the Spartans go to 7-2 overall.
Keriazes had three first place finishes in the meet including his win in the 100 breast in 1:00.30 and the 200 breast in 2:12.85. He also won the 200 I.M. in 1:59.26.
Anderson won the 100 fly in 53.08.
Freshman Erik Arent had a second place finish in the 200 fly in 2:02.22.
Keriazes and Anderson team with senior Garrett Dauch and junior Anders Samuelson with their second place finish in the 400 medley relay in 3:34.14.
The ONU 400 free relay team of Anderson, Samuelson, junior Ryan Bender and freshman John Beaschler also took second in 3:18.74.
The Polar Bears will take three weeks off to prepare for the OAC Championships on Feb. 17-19 at the University of Akron's Ocasek Natatorium. Prelims begin at 11 a.m. and finals at 6 p.m. each day.
