Bio
Chris Shumate is entering his first season as assistant coach for the Polar Bears.
Coach Shumate is a recent graduate of Auburn University.
Before transferring to Auburn, Coach Shumate played soccer and swam at Lambuth University and Wallace State Community College.
His coaching experience began with Auburn University as an assistant coach and then he was an assistant on the staff at Augustana College (D3).
Coach Shumate was also a club coach for the United Soccer Club and Grissom High School Girls' team in Huntsville, AL.
