Freshman Chase Robinson named OAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week

ADA — Ohio Northern freshman Chase Robinson (Blacklick/Gahanna) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Aug. 26-Sept. 1.

This marks Robinson's first career OAC Player of the Week accolade.

The recognition comes after he led the ONU offense in Sunday's 4-0 win against Oberlin.

Robinson recorded a team-high two goals on just two shots in the 29th and 82nd minutes to put the match away.

The Polar Bears (1-1-0 overall) return to action on Friday at 7 p.m. when they host Hope (Mich.) at Kerscher Stadium.
