No. 15 Men's Soccer picked to win regular season title in OAC Preseason Coaches Poll

ADA — The No. 15-ranked Ohio Northern men's soccer team was picked to finish first in the Ohio Athletic Conference in 2024 in a poll conducted by the league's 10 head coaches.
The Polar Bears received 80 points and eight first-place votes in the poll.
Otterbein was picked to finish second with 69 points and one first place vote, John Carroll was selected to finish third with 67 points and one first-place vote and Mount Union was picked to finish fourth with 60 points.
ONU finished the 2023 season at 13-6-4 overall and was second in the OAC with an 7-1-1 mark. The Polar Bears won the OAC Tournament title and advanced to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Division III Tournament with victories over Lynchburg (Va.) and No.1-ranked Messiah (Pa.)
Northern begins its season Aug. 30 with a road match at No. 19 Kenyon under sixth-year head coach Chris Matejka.
