ADA — The No. 13-ranked Ohio Northern men's soccer team opened its 2023 season in impressive fashion under the lights against No. 5 Kenyon on Friday night.
The Polar Bears got two goals from junior Will Shaffer (Galena/St. Francis DeSales) and a powerful 35-yard blast score from junior Brenden Gervers (Grand Blanc, Mich.).

- Will Shaffer (Galena/St. Francis DeSales) scored on a penalty kick in the 21st minute to tie the match at 1-1.
