Sophomore Seth Gundlach named OAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week

ADA — Ohio Northern sophomore Seth Gundlach (Wilmington) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 7-13.

Gundlach scored twice and added an assist as the Polar Bears (11-2-1 overall, 3-0-0 OAC) defeated Muskingum 8-0 on Saturday evening.

This marks the second time this season that an Ohio Northern player was named OAC Player of the Week, as sophomore Levi King (Indianapolis, Ind./North Central) was named Offensive Player of the week on Sept. 30 and sophomore John Lombardo (Solon) was named Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 16.

Gundlach has six goals, one assist and 13 points this season.

The Polar Bears will return to action on Wednesday with a 7 pm match at Wilmington.
