Men's Soccer continues its success in the classroom

ADA — The Ohio Northern men's soccer team continued its success in the classroom during the 2017 season under 20th-year head coach Brent Ridenour.

The Polar Bears posted a 3.44 cumulative team grade point average during the Fall semester in 2017.

For the 16th consecutive semester, Northern had at least 10 athletes post a 3.50 GPA or better, while 25 members were named to the Dean's List.

Northern also had five players post a perfect 4.0 GPA, marking the ninth straight semester that ONU has had at least five players post a perfect grade point average.
 
ONU also earned the National Team Academic Award for the ninth straight season.

The Polar Bears posted their 12th consecutive winning season in 2017 under Ridenour and made their 12th consecutive Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament appearance.
