Men's Soccer lands five All-OAC honorees

ADA — Senior Chase Mueller, junior Matt Kinkopf, sophomore Dean McNeil and head coach Brent Ridenour all claim top honors in the OAC in voting done by the league's 10 head coaches.
Juniors Austin Horton and David Janusz also claimed All-OAC honors.
Mueller earned OAC Defender of the Year honors and was named First Team All-OAC this season.
The defender earns his third All-OAC honor making 20 starts and recording one assists in 2015.
He is the fourth Polar Bear to recieve this honor.
Kinkopf claimed the OAC Forward of the Year honor leading the league in goals (17) and points (43) this season.
The First Team All-OAC selection receives his second First Team selection, third overall selection.
He is the fourth Polar Bear in ONU history to receive the Forward of the Year award.
McNeil earned OAC Goalkeeper of the Year honors and was named First Team All-OAC this season.
The sophomore earns his first All-OAC selection after starting 21 contest for ONU and posting a league leading .790 GAA.
He becomes the third Polar Bear to receive the OAC Goalkeeper of the Year award.
Ridenour earned his sixth OAC Coach of the Year honor after guiding Northern to an OAC Regular Season title, OAC Tournament title and a birth into the NCAA III Tournament.
He is the winningest coach in ONU history with 266 wins and has guided the Polar Bears to eight OAC Regular Season championships and seven OAC Tournament titles.
Horton was named First Team All-OAC, earning his second career All-OAC honor.
The junior started all 22 contest at midfield for the Polar Bears, scoring six goals and recording eight assists.
Janusz made 21 starts this season for ONU, collecting 23 points on nine goals and five assists.
The forward garnered Second Team All-OAC honors, the second All-OAC selection of his career.
Ohio Northern returns to action Thursday at 6 pm when they take on Carthage (Wis.) in the first round of the NCAA III Tournament hosted at Kerscher Stadium.
