Conner Graves is in his first season as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at Ohio Northern.

Graves joined the Polar Bears after serving one season as the head varsity lacrosse coach at Grandview High School in Aurora, Colo., from September 2022 to July 2023.

At GHS, Graves coached one USILA All-American and one Adrenaline All-American, three Academic All-Americans and two First Team and two Second Team All-State selections as well as five First Team, nine Second Team and two Honorable Mention All-Conference honorees.

Prior to that, Graves served as an assistant lacrosse coach at GHS from July 2021 to September 2022.

His coaching experience also includes stops at Team 91 Colorado Lacrosse Club, Cutthroat Lacrosse Club and Eaglecrest High School.

Graves graduated from Colorado State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and earned a master’s degree in sports management from West Virginia University in 2023.
