Men's Golf stands second of 14 teams after first day of Olivet (Mich.) Tournament

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The Ohio Northern men's golf team opened its 2023 fall season on Friday in the first round of the Olivet (Mich.) Lou Collins Memorial Tournament.

ONU Individuals

• Sophomore Joey DeSimone (Munroe Falls/Stow-Munroe Falls) led the Polar Bears with an ever par 72 and is tied for 2nd place out of 96 golfers.
• Sophomore Anthony Naso (Grosse Ile, Mich.) is tied for 14th with a 76
• Sophomore Austin Hanni-Wells (Findlay/Liberty-Benton) is tied for 18 with a 77.
• Playing on the ONU B team, junior Adam Trigg (Cincinnati/Roger Bacon) is tied for 9th with a 75.
