Men's Golf wraps up Fall season with a fourth place finish at the Wayne State (Mich.) Invitational

DEARBORN, Mich. — The Ohio Northern men's golf team wrapped up its Fall season with a fourth place finish at the Wayne State (Mich.) Invitational Sunday-Monday at the TPC of Michigan.
The Polar Bears (16-10-1 overall) tied for fourth with 360 strokes against the field of NCAA Division II schools.
Sophomore Zach Goodchild led ONU with an eighth place finish out of 30 golfers with a 15-over par 82-77—159 on the par 72, 6750-yard course.
Junior Tyler Davis and sophomore Tim Monroe tied for 12th with 161s and junior Blaine Ricketts was 28th with a 171.
Wayne State (Mich.) won the team title with a 623, Grand Valley State (Mich.) was second with a 624, Ferris State (Mich.) was third with a 638 and Madonna (Mich.) tied ONU for fourth with a 650.
The Polar Bears will return to action on their annual Soring Break trip in March.
