Senior Jonmichael Elliot named OAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for second time this season

ADA — Ohio Northern senior kicker/punter Jonmichael Elliott (Richmond, Va./Clover Hill) was named OAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 11-17.
This marks Elliott's second time receiving the honor this season and fourth of his career.
The recognition comes after he ran in a two-point conversion, made a 33-yard field goal, was 4-for-4 on PATs and punted two times for a 45-yard average in a 47-15 victory over Otterbein on Saturday to wrap up the 2024 season.
In his career, Elliott has a 39.7-yard punting average, which ranks him 3rd all-time in ONU history. Elliott has also made 68 extra points, which is ranked 6th all-time, and has made 14 field goals which is ranked 8th all-time.
The Polar Bears finished their season 5-5 overall and posted an upper division in the 10-team OAC by tying for fifth with a 4-5 league mark.
