Sophomore Jordan Pettaway named OAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week

ADA — Ohio Northern sophomore Jordan Pettaway (Oregon/Clay) was named OAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 14-20.
This marks Pettaway's second OAC Player of the Week accolade this season.
The recognition comes after he returned a kickoff 93 yards for a touchdown and returned the next kickoff 72 yards to set the offense up on the 14-yard line in a thrilling 42-41 win over Capital on Saturday.
Pettaway also ran 13 times for 108 yards, finishing the day with 280 all-purpose yards.
On the season, Pettaway has 64 rushes for 674 yards, averaging 10.5 yards a carry.
The Polar Bears (4-2 overall, 3-2 OAC) will return to action Saturday at 1:30 pm against No. 3-ranked Mount Union (6-0 overall, 5-0 OAC) at Dial-Roberson Stadium.
