Football's Third Place OAC Crossover Game with John Carroll on Friday night canceled

ADA — The Ohio Northern football game at home with John Carroll, scheduled for Friday night, has been canceled.
Both schools mutually agreed to cancel the game due to player availability concerns.
The contest was scheduled as the Third Place OAC Crossover Game. Per Ohio Athletic Conference rules, the game will be considered a no-contest and each team will finish tied for third in the Ohio Athletic Conference.
The Polar Bears finished their regular season with a 3-1 record and were second in the OAC West Division, while the Blue Streaks were second in the OAC East Division with a 2-1 mark.
