Senior Ethan Hale named Academic All-District VII in football by CoSIDA

ADA — Ohio Northern senior Ethan Hale (Galena/Big Walnut) has been named Academic All-District VII by the College Sports Information Directors of America in volleyball for 2019.

Hale, a criminal justice major, will now advance to the the Academic All-America ballot.

He has played in 26 games during his three seasons on the ONU varsity on the offensive line and is a two-time Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference honoree.

The Polar Bears (5-4 overall, 5-3 Ohio Athletic Conference) will complete their season on Saturday when they play host to Heidelberg in the annual Bendekovic Bowl at 1:30 p.m. at Dial-Roberson Stadium.
