Senior quarterback Anthony McFadden named OAC Football Offensive Player of the Week

ADA — Ohio Northern senior quarterback Anthony McFadden (Chillicothe/Paint Valley) was named Ohio Athletic Conference Football Offensive Player of the Week. He helped guide the Polar Bears to a 35-28 victory over Baldwin Wallace Saturday. 

McFadden completed 12 of 17 passes for 155 yards with three touchdowns. He added 16 rushes for 52 yards and a touchdown.  

This is the seventh time this season that an ONU student-athlete has been named OAC Player of the Week. This also marks the second such honor for McFadden's in his career.

The Polar Bears will return to action Saturday for a game against Heidelberg at 1:30 p.m. at Dial-Roberson Stadium.
