Football receives 25 points in second weekly D3Football.com poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern football team received 25 votes in the second weekly 2018 D3football.com, released on Sunday.
This marks the 15th time in the last 17 seasons that the Polar Bears have been been mentioned in a national poll.
The 25 points is the 30th-most in the poll.
The Polar Bears (2-0 overall, 1-0 Ohio Athletic Conference) received 14 points in the preseason poll, and 13 points in the first weekly poll last week.
Ohio Northern joins Mount Union (#1), John Carroll (#20) and Baldwin Wallace (31 points) as OAC schools in the poll.
The Polar Bears will return to action on Saturday when Wilmington comes to Dial-Roberson Stadium for a 1;30 pm kickoff.
