Ohio Northern receives votes in 11th weekly D3football.com poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern football team received votes in the eleventh weekly D3football.com poll, released on Sunday.
The Polar Bears (8-2 overall, 7-2 Ohio Athletic Conference) received 33 points in the voting after receiving seven points in last week's poll.
Mount Union is ranked first with 619 points and 19 of the 25 first place votes, Linfield (Ore.) is second with 606 points and the six remaining first place votes and Wisconsin-Oshkosh is third with 565 points.
The Polar Bears have now been mentioned in the D3football.com poll in 14 of the last 17 years.
Northern is coming off a 42-10 victory over Otterbein Saturday and is now riding a 5-game winning streak.
ONU will return to action next on Saturday at noon when they travel to Franklin (Ind.) for an NCAA III Playoff match-up with the Grizzles.
