Senior Justin Magazine named OAC Offensive Player of the Week for the second consecutive week

ADA — Ohio Northern senior Justin Magazine was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the second consecutive week for his efforts in the 42-10 victory over Otterbein Saturday at Dial-Roberson Stadium.

Magazine led the Polar Bear offense tying a school record six rushing touchdowns.

The senior had touchdown runs of 5, 7, 3, 12, 1 and 35 yards to finish the day with a career-high 204 yards rushing.

In the first half, Magazine scored four touchdowns collecting 153 yards en route to the ONU 28-0 halftime lead.

Ohio Northern claimed an at large bid into the NCAA Playoffs and will travel to Franklin (Ind.) Saturday with kick-off set for noon.
