Sophomore Dan Eller named OAC Defensive Player of the Week

ADA — Ohio Northern sophomore Dan Eller was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Football Defensive Player of the Week for his efforts in ONU's 31-10 victory over Muskingum on Saturday night at Dial-Roberson Stadium.

Eller had a team-high seven tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery to lead the Polar Bear defense.

This season, Eller leads the team with two interceptions and ranks second on the team with 49 tackles.

The Polar Bears (4-3 overall, 3-3 OAC) will return to action Saturday at 1 pm at Marietta.
