Esports ends spring League of Legends season with 2-1 loss to Cleveland State in semifinals of National Collegiate Esports tournament

ADA — The Ohio Northern League of Legends esports team had its 2020 spring season come to an end on Wednesday night with a 2-1 loss to Cleveland State in the semifinals of the Ohio section of the National Collegiate esports tournament.
The Polar Bears won the first game in convincing fashion, but fell to the Vikings in tight second and third games and end their NEC season with a 3-5 record.
Ohio Northern, coached by Troy Chiefari, will continue play in the NEC Overwatch tournament on Wednesday night with a semifinal game against Ohio State at 7 pm.
