Ohio Northern's Meagan Brennan posted outstanding performances in back-to-back appearances at the NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championships in 2007 and 2008.
As a junior in 2007, Brennan led the Polar Bears to the OAC Championships title and the program's first bid to the NCAA Championships.
She finished with a school-record 79-83-84-79—325 to lead ONU to a 15th place finish in the 20-team field.
Individually, Brennan tied for 18th out of 111 golfers with her 33-over par score.
She qualified for the NCAA Championships as an individual in her senior season of 2008 and finished tied for 46th out of 111 golfers with a 79-85-86-76—327. She moved from 75th after three rounds to 46th with a 4-over par 76 in the final round.
Brennan currently holds Ohio Northern school records for 18, 36 and 72-hole scores (73, 151, 325), the single season scoring record (81.94) and is second all-time at ONU with an 84.7 career average for 68 rounds.
