JEROMESVILLE — The Ohio Northern women's golf team finished tenth of 14 teams at the Wooster Spring Invitational Saturday and Sunday at Mohican Hills Golf Club.

Sophomore Lydia Cranmer (Farmington Hills, Mich./Ladywood) tied for 11nth out of 94 golfers with an 81-86--167 to lead Ohio Northern.

Senior Caitlin Silva (Hilliard/Bradley) tied for 28th with an 84-92--176, junior Taylor Daniel (Columbia City, Ind.) tied for 56th with a 93-95--188, senior Alaina Mikolajewski (Piqua) tied for 67th with a 97-98--195 and sophomore Haley Watkins (Bellefontaine) tied for 77th with a 99-103--202 for Ohio Northern (24-14 overall).

As an individual, junior Alexis Miller (Wayne/Elmwood) tied for 59th with a 93-96--189.

Denison won the team title with a 328-320--648, Otterbein was second with a 329-334--663 and Mount Saint Joseph was third with a 340-336--676.

Denison's Emmy Timberlake won Medalist honors with a 78-74--152.

The Polar Bears are scheduled to return to action April 26-28 with the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships at River Greens Golf Course in West Lafayette, Ohio.
