Junior Allison Fye named Academic All-OAC in Women's Golf for 2013-14

ADA — Ohio Northern junior pharmacy major Allison Fye was named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference in women's golf for 2013-14.
A total of 302 student-athletes in baseball, softball, men's and women's golf, lacrosse, tennis and track and field among the league's 10 schools were named Academic All-OAC.
The award winners must be a sophomore or higher in class standing, maintain varsity status and have a cumulative grade-point- average of at least 3.50.
Ohio Northern had 32 student/athletes named Academic All-OAC this spring.
In 17 rounds this season, Fye averaged 95.3 strokes per round and carded four rounds in the 80s.
In her three seasons as a Polar Bear, Fye has played in 45 career rounds and her 96.4 career average is the 17th-best all-time at Ohio Northern.
The Polar Bears finished their season with a 34-62 overall record and were third at the 2014 OAC Championships under first-year head coach Chad Bucci.
