Sierra Perry is in her first season as the assistant women's soccer coach at Ohio Northern

Prior to joining the Polar Bear staff, Sierra was a volunteer coach at the University of Findlay, where she is currently obtaining a graduate degree in Business Administration. Sierra also served as a Graduate Assistant at Heidelberg University for one year. 

A 2020 graduate from the University of Findlay, Sierra was a four-year varsity letter winner for the women's soccer team.

During her athletic career, Perry was a senior captain, led the team to their first NCAA DII tournament appearance, and named a second-team all conference player.  

The Findlay, Ohio, native earned an undergraduate degree from Findlay in Animal Science in 2020.
