UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS — The Ohio Northern women's soccer team fell 2-1 at John Carroll on Saturday night in Ohio Athletic Conference play.

- John Carroll got on the scoreboard quickly, getting a goal from Madyson Rosado just 3:48 into the game.
- The Polar Bears tied the score in the 19th minute when junior Libby Johnson (Fairfield) netted a goal on a ball that had deflected off JCU goalkeeper Madeline Martin Kosier.
- JCU's Lucy Altieri broke the 1-1 tie in the second half, netting a goal in the 62nd minute that proved to be the game-winner.
