Cubberley places 19th in 3-meter diving on first day of 2024 NCAA III Men's Swimming and Diving Championships

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Junior Holden Cubberley (Celina) finished 19th out of 24 divers in the 2024 NCAA Diviion III Men's Swimming & Diving Championship on Wednesday.
The top eight divers recieved All-America honors and finishers 9-16 will earn Honorable Mention All-America honors.

The Basics
- Records: Ohio Northern (8-4 overall)
- Venue: Greensboro Aquatic Center - Greensboro, N.C.
- The 3-meter diving competition consisted of 24 divers doing 11 dives each.

- Cubberley scored 411.95 points in his 11 dives, which was good for 19th place.

- Cubberley qualified for the 3-meter diving on Wednesday and the 1-meter diving on Friday.
- Cubberley is making his second appearance after participating in the 2022 NCAA III Championships.
- In 2022, Cubberley was 19th in the 3-meter diving with 395.75 points and was 18th in th 1-meter diving with 413.80 points.
- He is also a 6-time Ohio Athletic Conference Champion and has won OAC Diver of the Year honors each of his first three seasons at ONU.
- Cubberley holds the school records for both the 1-meter (524.35 points) and 3-meter (527.30 points) diving competitions.
