Sophomore Trevor Keriazes wins four times, leads No. 19 Men's Swimming & Diving to 184-116 victory at Wittenberg

SPRINGFIELD — Sophomore Trevor Keriazes won four events to lead the No. 19-ranked Ohio Northern men's swimming & diving team to a 184-116 victory at Wittenberg Friday night at the HPR Center.
The Polar Bears improve to 3-0 overall, while the Tigers fall to 2-3.
In all, Ohio Northern won 12 of the 16 events on the evening.
Keriazes won the 100 breast in :59.92, won the 200 breast in 2:17.20, won the 200 I.M. in 2:03.47 and joined sophomore Gabe Dauch, freshman Pete He and senior Mitchell Murphy to win the 200 medley relay in 1:39.64.
He also won two individual events, taking the 200 free in 1:49.66 and leading a 1-2-3 finish in the 100 fly in :53.89.
Senior Sean O'Neill was second in the race in :54.41 and junior John Raker was third in :56.12.
Raker won the 200 fly in 2:03.85, junior Eric Chen won the 100 free in :49.88 and sophomore Braden Kuhn won the 3-meter diving with 184.35 points.
Northern had two more 1-2-3 finishes on the night, dominating the 50 free and the 100 back.
Murphy won the 50 free in :22.80, sophomore Thomas Golba was second in :22.99 and Chen was third in :23.15.
In the 100 back, Dauch won in :55.97, sophomore Ian Simpson was second in :56.69 and Chen was third in :57.08.
Northern capped the evening by winning the 200 free relay, as Chen, Golba, Murphy and junior Logan Pfeifer won in 1:28.54.
The Polar Bears will return to action next Friday at No. 5-ranked Kenyon.
