Men's Bowling finishes 27th of 29 teams at Keystone Quaker Classic

ALLENTOWN, Pa. — The Ohio Northern men's bowling team closed out the two-day Roto Grip Keystone Quaker Classic in 27th place on Tuesday.
The Basics
- Ohio Northern finished 27th of 29 teams with 7,386 pins.
- Venue: Haja Rose Bowl — Allentown, Pa.
The Tournament
- ONU defeated Schenectady County Community College (7,041) and Rutgers (5,977).
- The Polar Bears were in 27th place with 4,181 pins after Day 1 of the competition, which consisted of five teams games. They recorded a pinfall of 3,205 on Day 2, which consisted of 20 Baker games.
- Northwestern Ohio won the team title with 9,365 pins.
- Individually, freshman Nolan Caban (Dayton/Centerville) led the Polar Bears on Day 1 with 905 pins in five games. He posted a high game of 200 with an average game of 181.
- Freshman Lukas Dunbar (Orient/Teays Valley) scored 903 pins on Day 1. He posted a high game of 219 and averaged 180.6 through five games.

- This was the second of four days for the Polar Bears competing in two events in Pennsylvania.
- First-year head coach Jeff Robinson leads the Polar Bears.
