Baseball ranked No. 18 in D3baseball.com's final regular season poll; ranked No. 30 by ABCA

ADA – The Ohio Northern baseball team is ranked No. 18 nationally in the final regular season D3baseball.com poll, released Tuesday.
The Polar Bears (30-9 overall) are also ranked No. 30 nationally in the final regular season American Baseball Coaches Association Division III poll.
Northern received 177 votes in the D3baseball.com poll, which was 25 less than last week when ONU was ranked No. 16.
The Polar Bears were ranked No. 20 in the 10th poll, were No. 22 in the ninth poll, were No. 23 in the eighth poll, were No. 25 in the seventh poll and were No. 23 in the sixth poll.
ONU received 27 votes in the ABCA poll, which was good for 30th. ONU was ranked No. 29 with 29 points in last week's ABCA poll.
Cortland State (N.Y.) is No. 1, Frostburg State (Md.) is No. 2 and Wisconsin-Whitewater is No. 3 in both polls for the third consecutive week.
The Polar Bears set a school record with 58 victories over the past two seasons under fourth-year head coach Gene Stechschulte.
