Polar Bear men, women ranked third in OAC All-Sports Trophy standings following fall season

ADA — The Ohio Northern men's and women's sports programs are both ranked third in the 2023-24 Tim Gleason Ohio Athletic Conference All-Sports Trophy standings following the 2023 fall season.
On the men's side, ONU earned 23 points with nine points each in soccer and cross country and five points in football.
The men's soccer team finished second in the conference with a 7-1-1 mark en route to winning the OAC Tournament championship and advancing to the NCAA Division III Tournament Sweet 16 for the second consecutive season.
The men's cross country team placed second at the OAC Championships for its best finish at the meet since 2017.
The football team finished sixth in the conference with a 4-5 mark.
John Carroll and Mount Union are tied atop the men's standings with 26 points each.
On the women's side, ONU earned 23.75 points with nine points in cross country, eight in soccer and 6.75 in volleyball.
The women's cross country team placed second at the OAC Championships with six All-OAC honorees.
The women's soccer team was 7-2-0 in OAC play in 2023 and placed third in the conference.
The volleyball team finished 5-4 in the conference and tied for fourth in the standings.
John Carroll leads the women's standings with 25.75 points followed by Otterbein with 25 points.
Last season, ONU won the women's All-Sports Trophy for the 13th time while the men placed third.
