Kourtney Wilson was named the Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Women’s Administrator at Ohio Northern in August of 2022.

She also serves as the interim head women's lacrosse coach.

Wilson comes to ONU after a 10-year stint as head volleyball coach at Indiana Tech, where she was also the Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Women’s Administrator from 2020-22.

She graduated suma cum laude from Cleveland State with a bachelor's degree in elementary education in 2012 and earned a master's degree in organizational leadership from Indiana Tech in 2014.

In 10 seasons as head coach at Indiana Tech, she was 202-143 and 102-74 in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference play.

She currently ranks as the winningest coach in program history and was named WHAC Coach of the Year for the 2021 season.

She coached 61 WHAC All-Academic Team members, 41 NAIA Scholar-Athletes, 33 All-WHAC selections, five WHAC All-Freshman Team honorees, eight AVCA All-Mideast selections, five NAIA All-Americans, and three WHAC Libero of the Year winners.

Prior to her stint at Indiana Tech, she was a four-year member of the volleyball team at Cleveland State.

A native of Galion, Ohio, she currently lives in Grabill, Ind., with her husband, Darrin Wilson and their two children, Parker and Ryan.
