Bio
Karen Walters is in her second year at Ohio Northern.
In her first year at ONU, Walters served as a senior administrative assistant with the College of Engineering before joining the athletics staff in July 2023.
Prior to coming to ONU, Walters spent three years running a marina while living in New Jersey.
Before that, she lived in Ohio and worked in the medical field after graduating from The Ohio State University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in human ecology with an emphasis in family resource management.
She spent 12 years working for eye physicians and two years in orthopaedics before moving to New Jersey.
Walters enjoys working with the coaches and staff within the athletics department. In her spare time, she works concessions for Shawnee Schools, her high school alma mater.
