SPRINGFIELD — Junior Jenna Fuller (Countryside, Ill./Lyons Township) converted a penalty kick in the 75th minute to push the Ohio Northern women's soccer past Wittenberg by a 2-1 scoreline on Tuesday evening at Edwards-Maurer Field.
Junior Emma Barney (Oak Harbor) also scored for the Polar Bears (5-2-2) in the 39th minute.

In the 39th minute, sophomore Tara Morris (Monroe) found freshman Lauren Naso (Grosse Ile, Mich.), who fired a shot off the WU keeper.
Barney tapped in the rebound to put ONU up 1-0.
ONU put continued pressure on the Tigers early in the second half as junior Megan Breier (Plainfield, Ill./North) hit the right post in the 52nd minute and Naso headed a shot off the crossbar in the 61st minute.
Krieg provided WU's lone goal of the match in the 62nd minute.
In the 75th minute, the Polar Bears drew a foul in the box.
Fuller netted the ensuing penalty kick for her 35th career goal, moving her into a tie for ninth with Kelli Brickers on ONU's list of all-time scorers.
Wittenberg had one shot on goal the rest of the way, an attempt that was stopped by senior Meagan Grierson (Dayton/Miamisburg) in the 87th minute.
