Men's Track and Field lands four All-Great Lake Region honorees

ADA — Men's track and field landed four All-Great Lake Region honorees announced by the USTFCCCA Monday afternoon.
Senior Brandon Ike, sophomore Matt Molinaro, juniors Kase Schalois and Lucas Shumate all recieved the honor.
Ike earns his second All-Region honor in the pole vault.
The senior cleared a season best height of 15 feet 5.5 inches.
Molinaro earns All-Region honors in the 800-meter run and the 1,500-meter run. He ran a season best time of 1:48.99 in the 800-meter run and season best time of 3:54.12 in the 1,500-meter run.
The sophomore earns his third All-Region honor and will compete at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships.
Schalois led ONU this season in the stteplechase, running a season best time of 9:18.26.
The junior earns his first All-Region honor.
Shumate earns his second All-Region honor of the season.
The junior led the Polar Bears in the hammer throw with a season best toss of 187 feet 2 inches. He will also be competing in the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships.
The Polar Bears conclude their season this weekend at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships.
