Four named Academic All-OAC in Men's Track & Field

ADA — Four Ohio Northern student/athletes were named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference in men's track & field.
Senior Nathan Rosenbaum, senior Phil Farwig, senior Jonathan Roseler, and sophomore A.J. Cody.
The award winners must be a sophomore or higher in class standing, maintain varsity status and have a cumulative grade-point-average of at least 3.50.
Rosenbaum, a mechanical engineering major, earns his second Academic All-OAC honor.
This season, he won the 10,000-meter run at the OAC Outdoor Championships and was an All-Conference performer during the OAC Indoor Championships.
Farwig garners his second Academic All-OAC honor.
The pharmacy major finished third in the shot put at both the OAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships, and is currently fourth in ONU school history in the event.
Roseler owns a major in civil engineering and receives Academic All-OAC for the third time.
This season, he earned All-Conference honors at both the Indoor and Outdoor OAC Championships as a member of the 4x100 meter relay and the 4x400 meter relay.
Cody, a mechanical engineering major, earns his first Academic All-OAC accolade.
The sophomore finished seventh in the discus throw at the OAC Outdoor Championships.
Under sixth year head coach Jason Maus, the Polar Bears finished third at the OAC Indoor Championships and second at the OAC Outdoor Championships.
