Bio
Bud Denega is in his first year as the assistant director of sports information at Ohio Northern University.
Denega comes to Ada from Sheridan, Wyo., where he spent the last 21 months as the sports reporter/editor at The Sheridan Press. In his time in Sheridan, Denega won awards for sports feature writing, sports news writing and column writing.
Denega has spent a total of five years in the newspaper business. Before Sheridan, he enjoyed stops at the Minot Daily News and the Laredo Morning Times.
Denega will pursue a masters degree in sports administration at Bowling Green State University.
