Women's Cross Country team ranked No. 34 in sixth weekly USTFCCCA poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's cross country team is ranked No. 34 in the sixth weekly poll in voting conducted by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
The Polar Bears (71-21) were ranked No. 29 in last week's poll, were No. 27 in the fourth poll, were No. 25 in the third poll, were No. 19 in the second poll, were No. 20 in the first poll and were No. 16 in the preseason poll.
Northern received 19 points, 29 less than the 48 points it received in the fifth weekly poll on Oct. 10.
The top five spots remained the same, with MIT at No. 1, Johns Hopkins (Md.) at No. 2, and Williams (Mass.) at No. 3.
The Polar Bears finished 9th of 37 teams at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational last weekend and will return to action Oct. 27 with the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships at Wilmington
