Ohio Northern will face stiff competition in all three matches, facing #17 Hope (Mich.) Friday at 4 pm, Mary Washington (Va.) (who received 17 points in the recent AVCA poll) at Noon on Saturday and #4 Wittenberg at 4 pm on Saturday ... ONU is coming off a 25-14, 25-20, 25-22 sweep of area-rival Bluffton on Tuesday, giving head coach Kate Witte her 700th career victory in the process ... The Polar Bears got 11 kills from freshman Madi Ellis and 10 kills from junior All-American Chelsea Huppert in the win ... Witte is now 700-229 in 28 seasons at ONU, a winning percentage of .753 ... She is the winningest coach in Ohio Northern volleyball history and in the history of the Ohio Athletic Conference ... The Eagles are led by Peyton Dunow with 68 kills in seven matches ... Wittenberg enters its annual tournament with a 5-1 league record, but is coming off a 3-2 loss to #22 Christopher Newport (Va.) ... Kennedy Schmidt, Haley Horner and Aubrey Cox lead the Tigers with 57, 54, 52 kills, respectively.
